As a process coach my job is to work with different Technical Leads in the company to understand the process and to help people down the line to learn those processes and be competent to execute tasks. During the pandemic period I got the opportunity to play multiple roles and to collaborate with people within the organization. The company gave me the flexibility to acquire new skills and the freedom to execute tasks remotely as long the work gets done within the allocated time frame.

Prochant gave me a career break in 2018 when I joined as a Process Associate for Accounts Receivable process after probation with no prior knowledge about the industry. Prochant recognizes one's skills and effort and commensurate its employees accordingly. In this short span of two and half years with the company I have seen my career grow leaps.
